Light paper

abstract
HB Project is a leading user-centric Web3 social platform for popular adoption, aiming to become an Enterprise DEX and Enterprise Infrastructure. Unlike other one-sided, following-only relationships, HB Project creates two-way, friend-type social relationships and enables real-time interaction based on HB community usage scenarios. This light paper describes three key elements of the HB Project mission.

Social Central: Builds the largest enterprise platform and infrastructure around real world and two-way connections.

Gateway for All: Connect Web3 and Web2 to enable users and developers to discover, deploy, and trade crypto assets in a unique social and group-based way.

Community Prosperity: Fostering inclusive, trustworthy, and rewarding socioeconomic communities.

Unleashing the power of SOCIAL is the key to widespread Web3 adoption, and HB Project is leading the way in socialized Web3 interactions by taking the lead. HB Project offers a variety of user-friendly Dapps that seamlessly integrate into Telegram and other real-world social platforms. These applications include onboarding, graph formation, group tools, and socialized Web3 interactions. Breakthroughs are in the transformation of real groups into Web3 operational units by encrypting and standardizing them. This innovative approach positions groups as the focus of Web3 applications, demonstrating innovative progress in social and virtual interaction innovation.

To ensure simplicity, fairness, and effectiveness, HB Project adopts an innovative dual token (on-chain point and token) economic model. This strategic balance enhances the user experience and amplifies the impact of the platform.

1. Real Challenges We Address: Ownership, Trust, and Inclusion

1.1 Lack of clarity in social data ownership
The lack of clear ownership of social data poses a serious problem, but social data and networks are valuable and irreplaceable assets for all of humanity.

In a centralized web world (Web2), users generate significant data but benefit little. This ownership gap prevents developers from creating innovative products and features. User-owned accessible and configurable data is essential for developers looking to initiate network effects. Ownership issues extend to social groups with long-standing conflicts between group leaders and group members.

1.2 Trust is one of the biggest concerns

Even though blockchain technology is designed to solve trust issues in the web world, carpet dragging still occurs very often. This is partly caused by anonymous mechanisms. And we believe that social graphs and socialized interactions can improve trust and create greater sense of security. Because it is human nature that people show more integrity and reputation in front of people they know.

2. A trust-based social system is our solution

To overcome the mentioned challenges, social interactions and discussions, including interactions related to Web3 finance topics, are seamlessly integrated into deep socialized experiences to foster trust and achieve prosperity for everyone.

2.1 Design Philosophy and Principles
During the evolution of the HB project, we took the following three core principles and philosophy as a guide.

User sovereignty takes precedence. User sovereignty includes users having online identity, social connections, ownership and control over social data, and data privacy.

Synergy with real world connections. We believe real world connections represent and reflect a person's reputation, credibility, and values. This fills a key gap that has been missing so far from blockchain and token-based protocols.

Inclusion for users and developers. Create user-friendly products in both Web2 and Web3 environments, and provide an open source, easily integrated infrastructure for developers to promote scalability.

2-1.2 Key Features and Features - HB Dapps

2.2.1 What is provided to the user:

HB NFT: HB NFT is a lightweight Dapp with a mechanism that allows users to build on-chain social graphs.

Through NFTs, users can be protected by copyright to ideas and motions submitted from audition participation for their talents and technical abilities.

If participants in the HB Project community participate in auditions, they will be given individual NFTs, which will not allow any supervisor to take your ideas.

(NFTs provided by HB Project are intended to prove ownership and do not guarantee market intrinsic value Only for personal storage purposes that are not sold on the market)

HBDID/Profile (SBT): Users can create Web3 accounts through Telegram, WhatsApp, and more, lowering the threshold required for users to enter Web3. Web3 DID reflects and captures the user's existing real-world connections, reflecting real-world reliability. Profile. Zero-knowledge prof (ZK) technology allows users to own and utilize their own sovereign identity (SSI) and social relationships along with privacy.

In addition, you cannot be stolen or hacked by anyone through the introduction of your stated profile NFT non-fungible token.

What the group owns (HBGroup):
Social Group Encryption: An innovative measure to standardize groups into Web3 operational units, making groups the focus of Web3 applications.

Audition Platform Kit: Empower real group of participants and participating leaders, including how to utilize audition resources and share data.

Singing and Acting: Introduces AI Score System by measuring skills at the singing and acting group level with data Generating group IDs and graphs to build a social network on the chain.

HB Finance: HB provides everything necessary for auditions in agreement with the financial sector for the free benefits and support of participants.

HB Social DEX: Currently in Development
HB Swap: Can be swapped through Web3

HBAI : Each through automation score checking through AI
Provide convenient data to agencies and supervisors (under development)

3. Use Scenario

Let's take a look at the typical user journey around Users.

3.1 Web3 Gateway
Users use HBDapp to network and social network from Web3, wallet, DID, and profile. Users can discover, engage, trade or invest in crypto projects in a socialized and group-centric way.

3.2 Unlocking the Value of Social Networks
Users leverage social networks by providing traffic, data, and engagement, and promote activities such as social enterprise, social marketing, and Dapp growth. At the same time, Dapp leverages users' networks to reach new audiences and reward them for their contributions.

3.3 Socialized Interactions
Users can benefit better from social Web3 interactions on a variety of topics, including Web3 finance topics, in a safer and friendlier environment.

3.4 Leadership in group activities
More importantly, users can play leadership roles in group activities, influencing other users and gaining more incentives. Users can join other groups and interact with other group members.

4. Model
In principle, the user, rather than the HB project, owns the network and relevant data, so the user owns the benefits generated by HB. The HB model contains two main sources.

From the user:

Fees: HB charges a certain percentage of fees for socialized interaction Dapps related to Web3

finance topics.

Gas Charges: data owners and consumers are involved. HB charges a certain percentage of fees, called "gas," for data movement. HB also charges a certain percentage of fees,

if Dapp makes a profit within the network.

From the developer:

Service Fees: Partners (Dapp Developers) pay service fees for HB, protocol, and data use.

Product Sales: Marketing and sales fees are subject to change if partners sell products (e.g., NFTs, audition rights tools) to HB users.

Tokens received include $HB and other cryptocurrencies. The fees generated are allocated to community development and token management.

After TGE, we will form a financial DAO and delegate this authority to DAO to maintain transparency in our use.

4. Tokenomics

The HB project adopts a dual token (on-chain point and token) economic model consisting of the community's basic utility token or point ($HB, POW record) and governance token ($HBP).

The point plus token model provides a framework for governance and development of communities and ecosystems while maximizing transparency and fairness.

5.1 HB/HBP Utility Tokens/Points
HB is a reward system point for HBP community and ecosystem development, based solely on transparent Proof of Link (POL) mechanisms. There is no pre-cast HB, and linkers earn HB by inviting others or contributing to the ecosystem. Linkers can be individuals or partners/developers. They are stored in Ethereum-compatible wallets, and the earlier linkers create social networks, the more HB they receive. This approach ensures fairness and simplicity in community growth.

5.1.1 HB Token Compensation Reduction Formula
duplication
Rewards = OG * [ TAM(ts) * (1 + EAR๏ผˆcLg๏ผ‰)* cLu / log2(cLg) ]
Where:
TAM(ts0) = Max (3000 - [(ts0 - tsG)/3600*24], 1)

EAR(cLg) = Max ((k/100) - 0.001 * [cLg / 100000], 0)

OG - Users with SEAMAN NFTs are OG users, with an incentive weighting factor of 120%.

TAM - time amplifier, incentives for early adopters.

EAR - Early Adopter Reward incentivizes early contributors.

For a network of 0 to 100,000 people, the EAR incentive factor starts at 90%.

For networks with 100,000 to 1 million users, the EAR incentive factor starts at 30%.

Beyond 1 million, the EAR incentive factor decreases to 10%, then linearly decreases by 0.1% for every 100,000.

ts0 - The setup time of the current node.

tsG - Genesis release start time for the project.

cLu - The number of people who have set up the current node.

cLg - Total number of people participating in the HBP network.

When cLg >= 30 million, Rewards = 0, that is, when the network reaches 30 million, no new HB tokens are created. At that time, the value formed by the network effect can help users and nodes continue to expand and reach billions of levels.

HB uses a computational formula that closely matches Bitcoin's mining logic, using a reduction logic reminiscent of Bitcoin's reduction logic. The main variables influencing token reduction include time, the number of connections to a single node, and the total number of users in the entire HBP network. As the HBP network expands, users experience an exponential decline in the acquired HBP. As a result, users who enter the HBP network late will receive fewer HBPs, highlighting the scarcity and value of initial participation.

Total quantity : 100,000,000,000 ecosystem : 30,000,000,000 [30%]
Lock-up : 25,000,000,000 [25%] Airdrop : 15,000,000,000 [15%]
Marketing : 15,000,000,000 [15%] liquidity : 10,000,000,000 [10%]

5. Summary

HB is the largest Web3 social platform and infrastructure for users and developers to discover, distribute, and trade crypto assets in a unique socialization and group-based way. As more users sign up and actively engage, HB is shaping Web3 gateways, Enterprise DEX, and infrastructure with the goal of facilitating mass adoption.

Owning HB tokens makes it easier to participate in the community and showcase your talent and participation in various entertainment activities.

The HB token will be used as the monetary value within the HB project that users, planners, supervisors, etc. can all merge and use.

HB Supervisors will use it to recruit talent
HB users will use it to expose their capabilities.

All of these used tokens, including copyrights, can all be protected by the owner as non-fungible tokens.

Two characters that distinguish HB from other social protocols and Dapp:

HBP combines the social connections of real-world acquaintances with blockchain technology to strengthen trust in the web world.

Encrypt and standardize real groups as Web3 operational units, and make groups the starting point for Web3 applications.

It cannot be emphasized enough that HB is truly community-owned and community-driven. Supported by respected partners, equipped with a pool of talented builders, and expanding to a diverse marketplace, the HB community is ready to shape the future. The journey ahead will be defined by the collective power and innovation of the HB community.
